How much does shipping cost?                                                                                                                   - Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order. What is your return policy?                                                                                                                          - We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in brand new condition as when you received it. 10% restocking fee will be issued.

We will guide you through the return process.
  7. What can I do if my item arrives damaged?
                    - We STRONGLY recommend opting in for Route Protection when checking out. For a small fee your package will be insured. If any damage occurred, you simply could file a claim and receive a full refund for the item while also keeping or disposing of the remains. If you chose to opt out, we are not responsible for the damage.

What items are eligible for a return?                                                                                                           - Items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for a return. Items such as opened vinyl records or damaged packaging may not be eligible.
